A few shots from my greenmarket, this group is a celebration of color—as the seasons change from late summer into autumn, red shades of crimson are abundant— from late summer tomatoes, fruits and berries, to the first of the autumn apple harvests—I’m seeing crimson everywhere.

From the top; fresh, sweet butter and red raspberries, Yellowfin tuna, Cherokee Purple heirloom tomatoes, brilliant red dahlias and just made raspberry jelly, raspberry filled danish pastry and ripe, red plums. The local farmers and purveyors of this gorgeous produce, seafood and bakery goods: Goodale Farms, American Pride Seafood, Jersey Farm Produce, Toigo Orchards, and Bread Alone Bakery.
